Our Team
Our team comprises building performance specialists located in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne who work closely with our B-P freelancers globally. We pride ourselves on offering a streamlined service with minimum overheads, whilst having the capacity to build project-responsive teams.
The B-P core management team offers a depth and breadth of expertise and experience across the built environment disciplines. We are highly innovative with strong ESD, mechanical design, building assessment, design management, building design and construction documentation and asset commissioning skills. We offer unrivalled analysis and advice on the performance of your property portfolio, drawing on the expertise across our Engineering, Commissioning, Asset and Sustainability Advisories.

We firmly believe clients should always get real world performance, not modelled performance, and this informs the way we advise on master planning, construction phase, commissioning tuning and troubleshooting. B-P has been engaged by several clients to assist with achieving their corporate goals of a zero net carbon property portfolio by 2030.
